Hey SBP fam, I visited Cam Thanh Coconut Village in Hoi An this July 2023. I got to try the epic basket boat ride and even did some spinning! It was so fun. You have to experience it when you are in this area. For a 45-minute ride, I paid 400,000 VND, which is about $17. Totally worth it if you ask me.
To get there, I took a 10-minute Grab from my hotel, Hoi An Delicacy Hotel & Spa.
My Honest Review of the Hotel: Staff 10/10 Location 10/10 Cleanliness 9.5/10 Wifi 9.5/10 Affordability: 10/10. For a 5-night stay, I paid 5,926,037 VND, which is about $250 Value for Money 10/10
Offerings: - Airport shuttle from Da Nang. You would most likely fly into Da Nang to get to Hoi An. It's about a 45 minutes to an hour drive. I did use their shuttle (I arrived around 9pm). Honestly, don't remember how much I paid, but I think it was less than $15. - They also offer bikes for use in case you don't want to walk all the time or take Grab/taxi
Overall, I only have positive things to say about the hotel. It was clean, the wifi was legit, the staff is sooooooooo friendly and caring! They checked in on me often and made sure I had everything I needed.The place is in walking distance to a lot of key attractions. For example, Old Town is about 7 minutes walk.
I would recommend it. But as always though, read other reviews and make the best informed decision. Don't forget to check out the reviews on other sites like Trip Advisor and Google Reviews.
