This week they are having the Tavasz Spring Festival in Budapest. It also happens to be Easter Week. During the festival they have tons of great street food in the center of Budapest. Thins like sausages, meats, goulash and my favorite which is Langos. Langos is a round fried dough that is spongy. Top it with great ingredients like meat, cheese, sausage and sour cream. You will have an amazing meal.
