I Spend one night at the Silica Hotel, which is just 5 mins from the blue lagoon on foot I check out the hotel, Geothermal pool and the Big Blue Lagoon! However it ends in disaster as 5.30am earthquakes happened and just before 6am the alarm sounds to warn of an eruption, no one knew where it would come up but it was very close to the hotel!
