Mga travel requirements & tips for being a tourist in Hong Kong based on my personal successful experience as of November 2022.
A. *Before departure*: (Nasa pinas pa)
1. RAT (Rapid antigen test) negative result - pede bumili ng kit sa mercury drugs (298php each as per the date) Should be done within 24 hours before flight. Need din ito for no. 2 sa pag fill out.
2. Health declation (https://hdf.chp.gov.hk/dhehd/?lang=en-us) - Fill out nyo lng po yung needed details then makaka generate po kayo ng GREEN QR CODE na iprepresent (kahit po screenshot) sa PH airport for boarding/Check-in, also need din po ang QR code na ito pagdating sa HK airport.
Notes: Magready po kayo ng extra RAT test kits dahil mandatory po ito til DAY 7.
DAY COUNTING: Day 0 po ang pag dating nyo sa HK, Day 1 nyo po ang next day and so on.
B. *Hong Kong Arrival*: - present nyo lng po ang passport & Green QR code. Sa immigration ay kasama ang na fill out na arrival form
1. PCR test (Day 0, 2, 4 & 6)- HK government po ang mag conduct, wala pong babayaran. Kukuhaan lng po kayo ng sample sa ngalangala. i. Day 0 - pag dating sa airport ay kukuhaan na kayo ng sample, the next day po ay i email or SMS sa inyo yung result sa provided mob# ii. For Day 2, 4 at 6 naman ay need nyo po magpa ADVANCE appointment dito (https://booking.communitytest.gov.hk/form/index_tc.jsp) dahil tinatanong lagi sa #3
2. Downloaded PDF of Notification of medical surveillance. (mareceive po ito thru mail or SMS ng Day 1 after 11am) i. May BLUE QR code po doon na need para maka log in ka sa (LeaveHomeSafe App). ii.Paki NOTE din po yun last 4 digit ng QR code na makikita dn sa may lower right ng PDF 1st page dahil un din ang need sa pag log in sa #3.
Notes: i. Naka medical surveillance ka po pag dating mo til Day 2 at ang kulay ng QR code mo ay Amber pa na may limitations lamang na makapunta/makapasok sa lugar like public transport, market na di need ng qr code, mga park etc (still pede ka parin po lumabas basta naka mask). Sa Day 3 ng 9am, macoconvert into BLUE QR CODE (Maari na po Gala to the max) pag negative un results ng RAT tests and PCR test. Sasabihin nmn po ng app kung pwede ka pumasok or not. Bawat place nila ay may QR code needed to be scanned with the app. ii. Kahit less than 7 days ang stay sa HK as long as na comply nyo po un requirements per day.
