In the middle of nowhere West Texas is the little town of Van Horn. In this dusty little town, you will come across a historic hotel with a great little restaurant inside. If you are passing through, make sure to stop for dinner. We are on a permanent road trip with the goal of eating food all over the country and bringing reviews to you.
