Lechon - a Filipino specialty, originating from Spain, is a roast pig. There are dozens of variations and hundreds of restaurants across Philippines.
I researched and flew out to a few places: Puerto Galera, Dumaguete and of course, Cebu - the center of Lechon!
Few other places to go to but didn't have time. In this video I have a traditional full roast cooking on the beach, few lechon belly places, both semi-fancy to super casual.
