#oaklandtravel #msccruises #mscmeraviglia On November 17, 2022, I boarded the MSC Meraviglia in Port Canaveral Florida for a 3-night cruise to the MSC Ocean Cay Marine Reserve in the Bahamas. This was my first experience with MSC Cruises, both as a passenger and as a travel advisor from the standpoint of seeing the cruise line in operation. Prior to this cruise, I knew a little about MSC but had never gone through any training courses from the cruise line. I traveled as a solo cruiser in a small, interior stateroom booked as a guaranteed inside cabin with a total cost of $247, which included port fees and taxes. As with all of the reviews on the Oakland Travel youtube channel, these are my personal opinions and only reflect my specific cruise. There are some areas of the ship and aspects of the cruise that are not covered in this review because I didn’t get a chance to experience them as this was just a 3-night cruise. As a matter of reference, the vast majority of my cruising experience over the years is with Royal Caribbean but I will be as objective as possible with this review.
