Location: Noida / Pune / Chennai (based on business needs) Experience Required: 0–2 years Function: Data & Technology / Business Analytics / Software Engineering Organization: Barclays Investment Bank
Key Responsibilities: 1. For Analyst Role: Work on data extraction, transformation, and visualization using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, etc. Conduct market/operational research and present actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Compliance, or Operations functions. Support reporting automation and process improvement efforts. Assist in creating business cases, dashboards, and strategic reports.
2. For Developer Role: Design, develop, test, and deploy backend or frontend modules. Work with modern tech stacks (Java, Python, SQL, React, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous integration pipelines. Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.
✅ Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields. Strong foundation in programming (Python, Java, SQL) or analytics tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Eagerness to learn new tools, platforms, and domains. Good understanding of software lifecycle or data analytics cycle.
