Many people have asked questions regarding how many users can be set up with this smart scale. You can set up an unlimited amount of users to pair with the Etekcity scale if they set up their own VeSync accounts.
You can also create up to 255 users in your own account.
I don't know if this is the best smart scale at this point, as I've only tried 3 different ones, but the Etekcity Apex Smart scale does allow you to see a lot of different body composition metrics and several of them can be viewed directly on the scale. Some smart scales only allow you to see your metrics inside their app.
